It was in a perfect and fantastic place. Stuff was affable and very welcoming despite our late arrival.

Staff was really helpful and amiable and provided us with a kettle, central heating, and iron/ironing board.

Thank you very much for fantastic stay, having setting right in the heart of things. Lovely location to visit Newton Monument which is near the place. It's just next door to the Clifton cafe and the beach.

The location was particularly good and incredible and the clean facilities were available. Though the stay was fabulous, we didn't like the bed, it was uncomfortable. Pizzaexpress, located close to the apartment was great for dinner.

The apartment was tidy and located next to the Clifton cafe, and the beach and amusements. Their room was exceptionally nice and complete with drinks, communal kitchen, Netflix. No reason to complain, didn't feel like leaving...

We had an awesome stay at this hotel. Everything was spotlessly clean and well-maintained. the guest file provided all the necessary information, including heating instructions. They even had a section recommending places to visit, perfect for adventure travelers like us. the games room was a great bonus and everything was free to use.

We had a fantastic stay in South Shields right by the beach and amusements, amusements, and the Clifton cafe. Staff was amiable entire time of our stay. Lovely location right in the heart of things, liked it.

Everything was perfectly fine, I appreciated clean rooms. The setting was fantastic, off the main road. In fact, the property was not far from the beach, the Clifton cafe and amusements. Had some nice additions, such as central heating, iron/ironing board and television.

I recently stayed at Comfy-Stays for a relaxing getaway. The location was lovely, with easy access and it was very easy to find. The hotel provided all the necessary amenities, including a washing machine, dryer, and microwave, making it feel like a home away from home. Despite there not being anyone on-site, the self-check-in process went smoothly and the facilities were exceptionally clean. Additionally, the nearby B&B served a delicious breakfast just a short walk away. The room itself was beautifully decorated and the beds were comfortable, complete with plenty of blankets and pillows. We especially enjoyed the games room.

I do recommend this hotel.

The hotel was clean, smart, and situated on a lovely road with beautifully lit trees at night. the room I stayed in was excellent, with a very comfortable bed and classy decor. the kitchen was well-equipped and even had a washer/dryer. I also enjoyed the added bonus of a games room and a 55-inch smart TV with Netflix and Prime. the breakfast at the nearby cafe was delicious, with a good range of options on the menu. it was a fantastic stay and I would definitely recommend it. Cons: Nothing not to like. 😊.
